Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotels & Residences

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff's level of English made my stay pleasant and they were always willing to help. The cleaner on my floor was friendly and kept my room very clean. The fact that two out of three windows in my room opened was a huge plus, as it allowed for fresh air and ventilation. The residence room I stayed in had a fully equipped kitchen and essential facilities like a washing machine. The hotel also had two pools, and even though the outdoor pool was closed during my visit, the indoor pool and gym were great amenities. The international wall sockets were extremely helpful, although it would have been better if the hotel provided more than one extension plug. The storage space in the room was ample and valuable for long stays. The location was convenient to public transportation, with the Dongdaemun metro station just a 5-minute walk away. The area also had a huge shopping district. I was impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, and helpfulness of the staff at this hotel.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep during our stay at Novotel. The room was also clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing environment. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the nearby subway station and attractions like Kwang Jang Market. The gym was well-equipped, allowing for a satisfying workout. The outdoor and indoor swimming pools were a highlight, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious buffet at the restaurant, along with great lunch options at the bar.

I had a positive experience at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotels & Residences. Although there were a few minor drawbacks like slow elevators and occasional smell infiltration from other rooms, the comfort of the room and the helpfulness of the staff outweighed these issues.

This hotel is luxurious and fulfilled my exclusive amenities needs. the service was exceptional and attentive. the Spa & Wellness Centre was relaxing and the heated indoor swimming pool along with the sauna created a truly rejuvenating experience. the view from the rooftop pool was breathtaking, allowing me to sunbathe on the sun loungers in absolute comfort. the poolside snack bar provided refreshing cocktails and delicious snacks while the restaurant offered top-notch dining. the room was spacious, elegantly designed with modern furnishings and had private facilities that truly made me feel pampered. the location was perfect and easily accessible to nearby shopping areas.

Though this hotel provides exclusive amenities, there was only one minor issue that slightly affected my experience. On one occasion, the pool with a view was quite busy;

Situated in the heart of the city, this hotel impressed me with its luxurious amenities such as the rooftop pool and bar, sauna and Spa, which are exclusive to guests. the staff was friendly and welcoming, the bedding was comfy and the bathroom was clean and spacious. the positioning of this venue gave me the flexibility to travel around the city with ease, with a metro station and bus stop situated close by.

That there was a slight delay in receiving our orders from the app facility. Although this did not hinder our experience, it was a bit frustrating at times.

Breakfast menu was the same every day. No free seating at the pool area, only paid loungers.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. The bathroom is well-designed and functional, providing all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist with any queries or concerns. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate.

Parking may be a challenge, with limited space available.
